- Built and run a WhatsApp and email to Tally order automation system for two food distributors (Abir Foods and James Smith Foods), covering AI order parsing, human confirmation, Google Sheets staging and automated Tally voucher posting.
- Built delivery zone planning and route optimisation (Google Routes API with a fallback chain) for about 55 deliveries a day across Pune, consolidating both companies' orders.
- Leading in-cab navigation and GPS tracking hardware selection (AIS-140 trackers) for the delivery fleet.
- Student Investigator (SSPU) on a 12-month study of cross-company order consolidation, with consent, anonymisation and DPDP Act 2023 compliance.
